I love this place. I feel so safe working out there and I’m really happy to have this available for women in the area. It’s huge and offers so many options and workout styles. Everyone there is friendly, staff is too. They also have a smoothie/ nutrition corner and that’s bomb.Posted on Google

I love body boutique so much! I wish I learned about it sooner when I moved to LFK. Clean, lots of perks, good vibes, good classes, friendly people. Only cons I would say is the time it is open, closes early on Fridays at 7 / stays open til 1 on saturdays / open til 12 on sundays. It would be amazing if it stayed open a little longer on week days, and weekends for the price that you do pay. That would make this place amazing!!!! but still overall I do love the gym.Posted on Google

Kimberly Schwinn306 days agoI’ve had a membership at BB for the last 6 years and have had a wonderful experience. The facility is clean, the classes are consistent and comprehensive, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The tea/shake shop (Total Body Nutrition) is super convenient and the staff that work there are really knowledgeable about the products. Really great gym and experience overall!Posted on Google
Kirsten garnas312 days agoMy experience with Total Body has been incredible since the first day I stepped through the door. Lorinda is such a bright, welcoming presence and genuinely cares about everyone who comes in. We’re always greeted with a smile, and I’ve never had anything less than a great experience. The nutrition side is fantastic too—always supportive, goal-oriented, and ready to help you succeed.Posted on Google
Alex313 days agoThe nutrition club in this gym is solid. The staff is always friendly and the gym members are always welcoming when they stop in. When im in the nutrition club, they they all say how much they appreciate the gym and how it is run, especially that its a place they can go to feel welcome and not judged. The owner works hard to ensure all the members have what is needed to get a good workout from trainers, classes, etc.Posted on Google

Kathryn Willson611 days agoBody Boutique has been a lifesaver for me since the start of COVID and working from home. It is a safe and supportive environment with women of all ages and fitness levels. It is a great place to get out of your comfort zone and try something new- there are many live and virtual classes to choose from. Since joining I’ve tried boxing, cycling, and made weightlifting a habit. I’m no longer scared of the squat rack and barbell exercises! I highly recommend giving BB a try.Posted on Google
M Will614 days agoGreat club for women of all ages and fitness levels featuring a variety of well instructed classes (including Les Mills and Zumba), a spacious, uncrowded facility including weights, a cycling studio, hot tub and sauna), and welcoming atmosphere. Locally owned for more than 30 years. Highly recommended!Posted on Google
Shannon Beat614 days agoBody Boutique is my home away from home. I feel comfortable and welcome each time I walk in. I’ve been a member since around 2016 when we moved to Lawrence. My favorite classes are Pump, Combat, Tone, and RPM. The instructors give options based on your needs and never point you out individually. I’m more motivated by in-person classes but there’s virtual options as well. (I’m just so bad at understanding the Australian accent in the videos.) I’ve been doing personal training for over two years in the large weight room with Shannon W. and I’d definitely recommend trying it. Although there may be a few cosmetic fixes needed, this is one of my favorite places in Lawrence and I’m so happy to be a part of it.+1Posted on Google

Pam Slawson656 days agoBody Boutique has been an important part of my life for the past ten years. When I started experiencing some back aches and loss of bone mass in my 50’s, I knew that I had to be more proactive with strengthening and stretching. I tried all of the classes, but have found Bodypump and Body Balance / yoga to be especially valuable additions to my weekly activities. All of the fitness instructors at Body Boutique are professional and excellent! As a “mature” woman, I feel completely comfortable taking classes alongside younger women with even more ambitious fitness goals because there are so many options presented during the class instruction. I feel stronger and better than ever these days. I highly recommend Body Boutique to women of all ages.Posted on Google

Melody Niday970 days agoMy husband and friends encouraged me to attend the 6 week fitness challenge for early 2024. This is the first gym I've attended as an adult. I never felt the need to attend a gym for a good workout before. This was a fun experience and I learned that going to a gym helps keep me motivated. I really enjoyed how engaging and encouraging everyone is here! I mostly went for the Zumba classes, but decided to do Sh'Bam, Body Balance, and Body Pump. I loved it! I was very impressed with the Body Pump class! My muscles have tone to them again and I've lost some extra weight from having my youngest child. It was awesome to be encouraged to get out of my comfort zone! I'm glad I did it! 😄 I appreciate that Body Boutique is an all women's gym. The facilities are well kept and clean. The daycare room is huge with lots of toys and the caretakers are always so good with the kids. My daughters looked forward to being there! I wished I could continue with the membership. The 35 minute drive is just a bit too long for me to keep up with it for how often I would prefer to attend. I'm going to miss this gym and everyone! Now I see the importance of attending a good gym. Thank you to everyone at Body Boutique for the wonderful experience! 😊+2Posted on Google

Sandy Fangohr981 days agoThis gym allows you to walk in and feel comfortable to focus on the workout ahead of you and that's what everyone wants out of a gym. My favorite part of Body Boutique are the classes and instructors. You really can walk into any class and meet the instructors or gym-goers who will help you with set up for the class and that's due to the amazing atmosphere that Body Boutique has created. This is still an amazing female community to be apart of! ❤️+0Posted on Google

Mary Garrett1041 days agoI’ve tried out a most of the gyms in Lawrence, and I have to say this is one of the nicest ones we have. I love that I am able to get my nails done (shoutout to Jourdan S in the salon!), get a protein shake, and get a workout in all in one place. Being a women’s only gym is such a plus too, makes it even more of a comfortable, safe environment.Load more
