INDOOR CYCLING STUDIO – FREE STATE RIDE

Indoor cycling a/k/a Spinning™ classes are choreographed to take you on a simulated outdoor cycling adventure, all while enjoying the safety and air-conditioned comfort of our indoor cycling studio. During an indoor cycling class, you will transition through a warm-up, extended ride performing cycling drills, a cool-down and end the class with a stretching routine.
Indoor cycling drills consist of climbs, flats, jumps, sprints, sit & stands, single-leg pedaling movements, and cadence drills.
