Free State Ride is our dedicated indoor cycle studio featuring the world-renowned LesMills RPM™ & LesMills Sprint™ group cycling programs. Our Free State Ride cycling studio is a Theater-style experience with a heart-pounding sound system and exceptional lighting to set the mood for a truly immersive indoor cycle adventure.

Indoor cycling a/k/a Spinning™ classes are choreographed to take you on a simulated outdoor cycling adventure, all while enjoying the safety and air-conditioned comfort of our indoor cycling studio. During an indoor cycling class, you will transition through a warm-up, extended ride performing cycling drills, a cool-down and end the class with a stretching routine.

Indoor cycling drills consist of climbs, flats, jumps, sprints, sit & stands, single-leg pedaling movements, and cadence drills.
