Anna is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in Senior Training and Fitness Nutrition. She graduated from the University of Kansas and continued to work there for the next 30 years in IT. During her years at KU, she still found time to enjoy teaching group fitness classes; water, step, and group Aerobics, Yoga, Body Flow and Tai Chi.
Embracing a new challenge, Anna obtained her personal training certification after her retirement and began a new career working with individuals on a deeper level. Knowledgeable in many areas, Anna specializes in small group training for Senior Women, inspired by the love the support these women give to each other in all aspects of life.
